We were selling our home and the new owners asked for a new roof. We were under the impression our solar panels would not cost much to remove and reinstall (at least that's what we were told when we leased them) now when it came time to do them, we were informed that it would be about the cost of the new roof just to remove and reinstall the panels. Other local guys in Tucson wouldn't even touch them to remove them. We were sick to our stomach at the thought of loosing out on the sale of our house.Tucson Solar Pros to the rescue!! Daniel and Cody saved us thousands and worked with our roofer to coordinate the work to get it done in the few short weeks before closing. My wife and I couldn't be happier at the outcome. His original presentation enabled us to get a much better system with Sun Power than what I had originally considered. However, my system developed a shut down for 6 weeks andresulted in my being billed for power from TEP. Dan has visited my home today and is following up with Sun Power to get this issue resolved. He didn't pressure me into buying or doing anything, just showed me all my options, went over what could be done (size of the system, panel placements, what could be produced, crunched some numbers, ect.) and how the process would go if I decided to go solar. Not only was the customer great in the beginning to "make the sale", but through the whole process, he checked in multiple times to make sure everything ran smoothly. Not only was I impressed with his level of professionalism but also, his overall passion and enthusiasm of his job. He told me, "not only am I going to save you lots of money each year, but it's also clean energy, so we're saving the planet, too." A little cheesy but I'm definitely saving a lot of money.
